Venice Beach

Founded by the affluent developer Abbot Kinney in 1905, Venice Beach remains a quintessential seaside retreat. Renowned for its charming canals, expansive beaches, and a vibrant 2.5-mile boardwalk, Venice is nestled between Santa Monica and Marina del Rey. While it retains its old-school beach town feel, the area has also welcomed upscale shopping and dining options, making it a coveted destination to call home.

In Venice, many residences have entrances on pedestrian-only streets, promoting a car-free lifestyle and allowing residents to fully enjoy the area’s creative atmosphere and proximity to the ocean.
