View Park
View Park is a vibrant and affluent neighborhood nestled between Culver City and Leimert Park, right next to Windsor Hills. Originally developed in the 1970s to mirror the upscale vibe of neighborhoods like Cheviot Hills, Bel-Air, and Brentwood, View Park has established itself as one of the wealthiest African-American communities in the United States. The area is known for its stunning real estate, showcasing Spanish Colonial and Mediterranean architectural styles. Several historic homes remain intact in View Park, a testament to the neighborhood’s enduring presence. In recognition of its significance, View Park was officially designated a historic district in 2016.
